Cancellation Policy
Full refunds less a 10% handling charge will be made for cancellation received prior to 31 January 2013. No refunds will be made for cancellations after 31 January 2013, but substitutions may be made if you are unavoidably unable to attend

We do not record or save your credit card details, over and above the requirements to process credit card payments.
