" Various ideas have been discussed to increase testing, such as “pool testing,” which allows multiple people to be tested for COVID-19 simultaneously through a combined “pool” of samples. If a pool test came back positive, it would indicate that at least one of the individuals in that pool may be positive, and additional testing of individual samples would be required to narrow down the results."
