ABOUT AGENDA POSTERS EXHIBITS REGISTRATION

Poster Competition

The Conference will include a virtual exhibition of Posters

Poster Titles and a 100 word Abstract should be emailed to sim22@sensor100.com by 9th September.

Authors will be notified if the poster has been accepted and will be given instructions on how to upload the poster on to the conference website.

Up to 20 posters submitted by post-graduate students will be eligible to have their fee waived. The Committee may decide to increase that number if more posters of the required quality are submitted. Fees will only be waived for students in full time education leading to a higher degree. Documentary evidence of status may be required.

The Competition

Authors of posters will have an optional 5-minutes to present their poster during the conference, with or without use of PowerPoint slides.

Based on the displayed posters and the presentations, Conference delegates will be asked by a poll to vote for the best poster. The top three winning posters will be awarded a certificate and the coveted Sensor100 trophy. It may not be possible to ship trophies to overseas locations, depending on the country. Authors of winning posters will be published on social media and in the Sensor100 eNewsletter.
